OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE "FRESH START" PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURAL PARADE TICKET GIVEAWAY​

 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. To enter, send an email to hello@fenugreen.com with the subject "Inaugural parade tickets" and contact information in the body of the email. Purchasers of FreshPaper products through Fenugreen's online store (accessible at http://store.fenugreen.com) between 1/17/13 at 12pm ET and 1/20/13 at 2pm ET are automatically entered. Ends 1/20/13 at 2pm ET.

2. Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by a Fenugreen representative, whose decision is final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Fenugreen will attempt to notify the winner by telephone or mail. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) hours of the first attempt to contact him/her, Fenugreen may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

3. Prize is a pair of two (2) tickets to the Presidential Inaugural Parade to take place in Washington, DC on 1/21/13. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Prize has an approximate face value of $50. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize, but Fenugreen reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Winner will be required to sign for the prize at the time of pick up in Washington, DC at a location to be determined and verify his/her age.

4. Sweepstakes open to residents of the U.S. who are 21 years of age or older. Limit one (1) entry per household. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prize, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner.

5. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.

6. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Fenugreen, LLC and its respective partners, officers and employees (the “Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize.
